We had practice the kaizen in our company since 1997.
I decided to do the kaizen on Wafi's thing.

Before : need to turn the basket so that wafi able to choose her own toys, if not she will stand up holding the basket and we're afraid if she would fall into it.
After : now she just sit infront of the rack and will take all the toys hehehe....
